SPORTS MASSAGE

Deep tissue massage to get the blood flowing and relieve the effects of tightness or injury

When used to treat a specific injury, massage can help to promote healing, by increasing nutrient and oxygen levels and reducing any excessive swelling associated with injury. If you prefer something less intense I also perform Swedish massage therpapy

80 min session includes a bespoke exercise and stretching advice 

1-2-1 SESSION

Pilates, Barre, HIIT or Personal training for a specific goal you have in mind

These sessions can be online (via ZOOM) or in my studio based in North Leeds,

1-2-1 Sessions can be taken in my studio or outside in Roundhay Park and can be HIIT, Barre or Pilates or a combo of all 3 dependant on needs

Price per hour - £30 individual

Price per hour - £35 for a shared 1-2-1 session up to a maximum of 3

For corporate clients this can be in your office space or wellbeing zone and rates are billed by the hour regardless of the number of attendees - please get in touch to discuss requirements
